SMS & Email Notifications Consent

By checking the SMS & Email Notifications Consent box during booking or company registration, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages and email communications from 247TOW at the phone number and email address you provided. Message frequency varies and may include booking confirmations, driver status updates, two-factor authentication (2FA) codes, and service notifications. You understand that standard message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier.

• SMS opt out: Reply STOP to any SMS message to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for support.
• Email opt out: You may unsubscribe from non-transactional emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or contacting us at privacy@247tow.io. Transactional emails (booking confirmations, receipts, 2FA codes) are sent to ensure service delivery and cannot be opted out of.
• Consent is separate: SMS and email consent is captured via a standalone checkbox and is not bundled with any other terms or agreements. You may use 247TOW's services without consenting to SMS or email notifications, though doing so may limit our ability to keep you informed about your active service.
• Non-sharing of consent data: Your SMS and email opt-in and consent data — including your phone number, email address, and consent records — is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. This data is used solely to deliver the service-related messages you have opted into and to maintain compliance records for our messaging provider (Telnyx) and carrier requirements.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide services and comply with legal obligations:

• Service Records: Retained for 7 years after service completion for tax, accounting, insurance, and legal purposes.
• Location Data: Retained for 30 days after service completion, unless extended for an active dispute, insurance claim, investigation, or legal obligation.
• Chat Messages: Retained for 90 days after service completion or conversation closure, unless extended for an active dispute, investigation, or legal obligation.
• Tracking Tokens: Retained for 7 days after service completion, after which they are automatically expired and revoked.

247TOW deletes or anonymizes personal information when it is no longer required for legitimate business or legal purposes. Records subject to legal holds or applicable retention requirements will be preserved until those obligations are satisfied.
